We appreciate the holiday spirit, but it is now time to take down those festive decorations.

Please be aware that a fine of [$x] will be charged for any decorations that continue to be displayed after [Day], January [x]th.

    It’s always more fun putting them up than taking them down. Here in MN it’s still freezing every day. And icy for a ladder.

    In a HOA, you need to get the lights up, and down early. I would not even put up outside lights as a tenant.
